Finca Cortesin

Located in Finca cortesin Costa del Sol, this project focuses on the renovation of the main living spaces, where kitchen and living area are redefined as a single, open and light-filled environment.

The intervention enhances the existing architecture, emphasizing double-height volumes and natural light as key elements. Large glazed openings strengthen the connection between interior and exterior, creating a seamless flow with the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen is designed with a clean and timeless approach, using neutral materials and a central island that becomes the heart of the space. Every element has been carefully integrated to achieve a calm and balanced atmosphere.

Developed by Nalipemi, Project management by Dec, this project reflects a thoughtful approach to renovation, where light, proportion and materiality come together to elevate everyday living.
